"On 12/07/2023 a Heritage Middle School student was walking home from school when an unknown male Hispanic driving a black in color sedan attempted to lure her towards his vehicle. As the student approached the unknown male, she observed that he was exposing himself. The juvenile victim quickly left the area and reported the incident to an adult. The juvenile victim described the offender as a male Hispanic with balding hair. This incident took place in the area of the 6000 block of 74th Avenue in an alley. Please be vigilant and observant while in the area. Alos, please remind your children of the dangers of approaching and interacting with strangers. The Summit Detectives are actively working this case in an attempt to identify the offender.
