Mrs. Kosmowski's second grade enjoyed a special recess on Friday with bubbles and red, white and blue popsicles as a reward for winning the Walker Library March Madness Contest. Her class returned the most book reviews during the months of March and April!
Argo Cheer Tryouts!
Tonight the varsity girls soccer team played their hearts out. They took Unity to over time and then to penalty kicks where they sadly lost. This special group of girls made Heritage proud. The sportsmanship our girls showed was mentioned by referees and the caption of Unity. Way to make our school proud.
Our boys and girls varsity volleyball teams faced off this afternoon to determine the best of HMS! Both teams played hard and sent the match to 3 games, but the boys ultimately came out as champs.
Congrats to both teams for great participation and awesome seasons this year!

Ms. Xheraj Creative Writing Club submitted to the "Young Writers' This Is Me" contest. Out of 5,000 entries nationwide all 9 of my creative writing students were chosen in publishing their poems and having realistic chances of seeing their work in print! The company sent us the information if parents wish to purchase the compiled book of poems.

Ms. White's kindergarten won the Walsh Library March Madness and were treated to Bubbles and colored chalk! 🌈
