Como parte de la unidad sobre la importancia de proteger nuestro entorno local, los estudiantes de tercer grado en Graves participaron en una limpieza y recolecta de basura alrededor de la escuela. Por medio de esta actividad los estudiantes lograron entender más a fondo como ciertos elementos dañan nuestro entorno y lo que podemos hacer para combatir este problema.
As part of a unit on the importance of protecting our local environment, third graders at Graves participated in a cleanup and garbage collection around the school. Through this activity students gained a deeper understanding of how certain elements damage our environment and what we can do to combat this problem.
October is National School Principals’ Month. Let us all recognize the hard work and dedication our SD104 principals provide to our schools and students. Thank you for everything you do!
